DIP Diet and the Circadian Chart
His DIP Diet emphasizes whole-food, plant-based eating. The Circadian Doctor introduces his Circadian Chart and its combination of daily-rhythm concepts with Ayurvedic Panchkarma. Our resource pages offer a starting point for reading his work and discussing questions with the hospital team.
